Each price is starting basis. The cost will increase with model complexity.

I. Agreement Policy
✧ This Terms of Service is placed into effect when the prospective client submits the Contract Google Forum.✧ Submission of said Forum is agreeable with these Terms of Service.✧ Client agrees they are over the age of majority, 18+.✧ Artist has the right to decline any submission or contract work.✧ These Terms of Service can be revised at the digression of the artist.✧ MY ART WILL NOT BE USED IN AI ALGORITHMS
II. Business Conduct
✧ Client and Artist contact is done through either email ([email protected]) or on Discord (Elisu#5527).✧ All conversations will occur over text, thus no phone or video calling to conduct business.✧ All conversation is to be saved in the happening of false payment or scam.✧ Neither artist nor the client will disclose or share any personal information that is displayed over PayPal.
III. Payment Policy
✧ All payment is submitted upfront unless a payment plan has been installed.
- Payment plans are agreed upon between the artist and the client. At least 20% is paid at the start, and no final product will be sent until the final payment.✧ Projects will not be started until the first payment is complete.
- Any project is terminated or discontinued if payment is not met.✧ Payment is conducted over PayPal (Business) and is subject to a 15.30% self-employment tax as stated by the state resided in.
- Artist has full right to withhold product until final payment has been made.
IV. Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed at a time when a deadline can not be made due to extenuating circumstances.

V. Commercial Policy
✧ All art and model pricing is priced for Indie Tubers and Streamers. Should the client be from a company that has a revenue above $10,000, then a Commercial fee will be added.✧ Usage of the art and model for merchandising is forbidden. Should the client wish for merchandise artwork, they must contact the artist for additional illustrations.- Artist has recommendations for artists that design merchandise.✧ The client agrees to let the artist post their commission for promotional and portfolio purposes unless an NDA is signed and agreed upon.✧Client gives full permission to allow the artist to stream their commission over Twitch at the artist’s digression.
- Should the media be NSFW or under an NDA contract, the artist will not stream the commission.
VI. Commission Timeline
✧ Artist will begin communication through the client's preferred messaging (Email, Twitter, discord) after the initial contact with the client.
- Covering basics and adjusting price based on Commercial Policy, Complexity Fees, and Additionals of the model/art.
- The client will describe what the art/model will be used for, and pricing will be adjusted per that.✧ PayPal invoice sent to client from their email.
- If payment is not made after 14 days then the contract will be terminated.
- If payment is made then art/model will be added to the Trello Works in Progress to freely track where the contract work is at.
- Payment plans that are agreed upon, the first invoice will include all fees (Self Employee Tax 15.30%) and half of the price agreed upon by the client and artist.✧ Commission will be added to Trello cards. The client is free to check on the progress of the model at any time.✧ Once base model parameters are concluded the artist will contact the client with a recording of the initial XYZ movement. For other illustrations, a sketch will be sent.
- Any revisions to be said here or peace forever held.
- Limit of 5 revisions to be made to base parameters/sketch✧ Physics is conducted once base parameters are finalized. Inking/flats/rendering for illustrations done at this stage.
- The artist will check in with the client once physics is concluded with a recorded video.
- Limit of 5 revisions for physics or peace to be forever held.✧ Toggles will be added after physics.
- The artist will check in with the client once the toggles are concluded with a recorded video.✧ Once the final model has been agreed upon, the final model will be shipped via the preferred method of delivery to the client.
- Final payment plan invoice sent, and the final model will be shipped once payment has been received.
- No final projects will be shipped until final payment.
VII. Revision Policy
✧ Revisions are small changes that the client sees and wishes to be corrected.✧ Major revisions such as added toggles, additional physics, and additional assets in the art for example are add-ons and will be charged as such.
VIII. Deadline Policy
✧ In the event that a client has a deadline, the artist will prioritize the workflow based on said deadline.✧ Deadlines will be reflected in the Trello.✧ Due to extenuating circumstances, if the artist can not meet the deadline then they will reach out to the client.- Continued communication over deadlines will occur.
